About

Beaver Creek has long been known for its elegant architecture influenced by European alpine villages. Built in 1994, this home’s contemporary style makes it not only exceptional for its time, but one of the more unique homes in Beaver Creek today.

The centerpiece of this home, in terms of both layout and aesthetics, is a cathedral-like living room featuring towering ceilings, high gables, and a fireplace backdropped by a floor-to-ceiling window. As my clients wanted the house to be centralized around a communal gathering space, I designed every bedroom — including those on the upper levels — to be connected directly to the living room. The aforementioned window behind the fireplace looks out toward nearby Beaver Creek, while the comparably-sized west-facing window above the front door allows the house to be bathed in afternoon sunlight.

Results

Success comes and goes, what really lasts is integrity.
