Completed in 2016, this dramatic renovation project transformed a ski-in/ski-out property incorporating an exterior material palate similar to the Whiskey Ridge project that the clients had toured several times prior to purchase of this house. In addition to the complete renovation of the existing house, several new rooftop decks were added to enhance the outdoor living experience and capture the wonderful views as well as one new guest suite and a detached “warm room” designed specifically for ski-in lunch and hot chocolate and as an incredible apres-ski wind down to the afternoon.
